  • Bonus FLY ON Points and FLY ON Points credited via promotions are ineligible for double points.
  • Bonus FLY ON Points earned via this promotion will be credited at the same time as the corresponding standard FLY ON Points.
  • To be eligible, registration for this promotion must be completed before your flight.

Only flights traveled on/after the day of registering for this promotion are eligible.

Eligible members

JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members in the American Region

  • Members must be registered in the American Region during the promotion period to be eligible.

Eligible routes

JAL-operated flights with JAL flight numbers on JAL international routes between North America/Hawaii/Guam and Japan

  • The following routes are eligible:
    New York, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Vancouver, Honolulu, Kona, Guam

Eligible booking classes

All booking classes on fares eligible for earning flight miles

Notes

  • Please note that this promotion may be discontinued or modified or the eligible period may be changed without advance notice.
  • Flights/fares that were not traveled, including due to flight cancellations or aircraft changes, are ineligible for earning FLY ON Points.
  • JALCARD Members Only First Flight FLY ON Points, flight bonus FLY ON Points, and other bonus FLY ON Points are ineligible for double points.
  • Bonus FLY ON Points earned via this promotion will be credited at the same time as the corresponding standard FLY ON Points.
  • When requesting post-flight credit for eligible flights, the flight miles must be credited by July 10 (Monday) to be eligible for this promotion.

What are FLY ON Points?

For every JAL Group flight or oneworld member airline flight you take using the fare eligible for JMB mileage accumulation, you will be awarded FLY ON Points converted from flight mileage. Based on the points accumulated during the calendar year, you will achieve the appropriate membership level and extra benefits will be offered.

  • FLY ON Points differ from flight miles, which are used to redeem JMB awards.
