Submission of the Proposed Reorganization Plan, etc.

Japan Airlines Corporation, Japan Airlines International Co., Ltd. and JAL Capital Co., Ltd. have been implementing business restructuring under the corporate reorganization proceedings since the commencement thereof on January 19, 2010, with the cooperation of all concerned. On August 31, 2010, we filed our proposed reorganization plan with the Tokyo District Court, and on that same day, the Court rendered an order to put the reorganization plan to the creditors’ vote.
Also, we hereby announce that the Trustees received a report on the results of investigation from the Compliance Investigation Committee.
