In order for our guests to use our services with peace of mind, we will introduce enhanced precautionary measures such as air circulation and disinfection of the cabin, and face masks worn by our cabin attendants and airport staff.

As a precautionary measure, airport staff will wear face masks during operating hours.
- For staff who work outdoors, the mask may be removed to prevent heat stroke.

Thorough disinfection of the cabin
Disinfectant is used to clean areas around seat, including tables, armrests, screens, and controllers, as well as frequently touched surfaces, such as lavatory door knobs and faucet handles. (This procedure may be affected by aircraft rotation)

Mandatory face masks and gloves for our cabin crew
As a precautionary measure, cabin crew will wear face masks on international and domestic flights. They will also wear gloves when serving meals and beverages.
Cabin air is constantly being refreshed every two to three minutes, intaking air through the engines of an aircraft, and replacing the air inside the cabin.
Hand sanitizing sprays are available in lavatories
When applicable, passengers must report any symptoms they experience, such as coughing and/or fever, upon arrival to the quarantine officer stationed at the airport, per requirements set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Our aircraft cabins are cleaned and disinfected regularly, but to ensure you can travel with peace of mind, our flight attendants can provide you with disinfectant wipes upon request. After using the wipes, please place them in the disposal bag provided.
Note: Please refrain from wiping the cabin window with the the disinfectant wipes as the alcohol content of the wipes may damage the window.
