The same email from JAL multiple times

An event has occurred in which the same email message “Revision of Required Mileage for JAL Award Tickets” distributed at around 8:00 a.m. UK time on June 6, was sent multiple times to JMB members.

The cause of this case has now been identified, and measures are being taken to prevent a similar case from occurring again.
We have confirmed that no personal information was leaked in this case.

We regret any inconvenience caused to customers who received multiple emails.
