How to Request and Use Awards
STEP1Request an award
Check the number of miles in your account.
Miles will be deducted based on the information provided in your request.
- *The JMB Center will contact you by phone if the required miles cannot be deducted from your account.
Please download award application form, complete and fax to Asia / Oceania JMB Center.

Please check and update your JMB Registered address applying this award.
STEP2Use your award
TOSHIBA Product will be delivered to the mentioned address only by courier around 2 weeks after accepting application.
- *TOSHIBA Product is delivered from TOSHIBA (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.
- *ONLY to the JMB registered address or JMB member's appointed address IN THAILAND.
- *Copy of ID card (Passport) will be necessary when receiving the item.
Changes to TOSHIBA Product Award
Once deducted, miles cannot be refunded to the original JMB account.
Once miles are redeemed for awards, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.
- *TOSHIBA Product Award are not eligible for the Mileage Reinstatement Service for Unused Awards.
