How to use this online service
Process of Online Reservation and Ticket Purchase
1. Select date of travel and routing.
2. Select from list of available flights. (Scheduled flights with no available seats will not be listed.)
3. Input your personal particulars.
4. Make payment by using credit card. (The reservation and ticket purchase must be made at the same time through this online service.)

Please note that reservations made through this online service will not be confirmed until purchase is completed at the final stage of the process. Tickets for reservations made through travel agents and other internet booking engines cannot be purchased on this website.
Online Purchase Period
This service is available up to 6 hours prior to departure, or until 23:59 of the day before departure, whichever is earlier.
*Please note your requested flight and date may not be available even if your reservation is requested within the online reservation and purchase period.
Number of Travelers
Reservation can be made for up to nine passengers (including the credit card holder). However this service is not available when an adult travels with 2 or more infants or for children under 12 years of age, if not unaccompanied by an adult. (A child is defined as between 2 and 11 years of age, an infant from birth under 2 years of age at time of first flight departure.)
Type of Itinerary
We accept reservations only with JAL Group and certain JAL code-share flights.
The flights shown through this online service are automatically arranged and limited to available flights. Waitlists are not accepted through this service. If you would like to reserve a flight, which is not available through this online service, please contact JAL Reservation Center.
Fares and Taxes
  Fares, Taxes, and other charges are not guaranteed until ticketed. We will contact the passenger if there is a difference on the exchange rate or a system error. Additionally, if the system is unable to calculate the airfare automatically, we will not be able to complete.
Payment must be made by credit card. The credit card holder must be part of the traveling party.
The following credit cards can be accepted: AMEX, Diners, JCB, MasterCard, Visa.

If you choose Visa or MasterCard for payment, you may be required to enter your personal password on a secure page for authentication to complete the online purchase; if Visa Secure ,Mastercard ID Check™security feature is enabled by your credit card issuer.

How to get your e-ticket.
Upon your online ticket transaction, you will receive a "confirmation of reservation" e-mail and e-ticket in your registered e-mail inbox.

If you are unable to retrieve and print your e-ticket, please contact JAL Reservation Center.
An e-ticket is a ticket held in JAL's computer system and flight coupons are not printed.
An e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt will be issued in place of a paper ticket.
Please ensure that you keep your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt with you throughout your journey.
All tickets, including e-tickets, are non-transferable. Name change will not be permitted on the ticket after purchase has been completed.
When you complete the application, any cancellations of tickets will be subject to refund charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
・Effective Refundable Period
 Tickets with validity of 1 year : Not later than 30 days after the expiration.
 Tickets with validity less than 1 year : Not later than 1 year and 30 days
 from the original issue.

・Time Frame for refund
 The credit will be made to the payer's account of Credit Card Company
 in about 2 - 3 months.
Changes or cancellations are not available through this online service.
Restrictions may apply for reservation changes. Moreover, Changes of first international flight may be subjected to fares/charges reassessment.
Passengers are required to contact JAL Reservation Center.

All schedules and aircraft types are subject to change without prior notice, and such changes are subject to government approval.
Special Requests
Special requests other than advanced seat assignment and special meals cannot be requested through this online service. For passengers requiring special assistance in the following cases, please contact JAL Reservation Center.

- Unaccompanied children between 5 and 11 years of age. (Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.)
- An adult traveling with 2 or more children under 2 years old.
- Expectant mother beyond the 36th week of their pregnancy.
- Passengers who require the use of wheelchairs.
- Passengers with sight or hearing impediments.
Please present your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt and the credit card that was used for payment to the check-in agent upon check-in for verification.

If the payment is not authenticated by Visa Secure or Mastercard ID Check™, the cardholder may be required to present the physical credit card used for payment at check-in counter for verification, disregarding whether the cardholder is the traveling party or not.

If the credit card used for the payment cannot be presented for verification, the passengers on the booking will not be allowed to check-in and is required to purchase a new ticket with fare applicable on departure date for boarding. The fares (or an equivalent amount) of the ticket(s), will be refunded and credited to the same credit card used in the original purchase.
Proper travel documents
Passengers are responsible in ensuring that their necessary travel documents are in order.
For US-bound travelers
Passenger Reservation Records may be subject to access by the U.S., and Canadian government authorities.
