Fares, Taxes, and other charges are not guaranteed until ticketed. We will contact the passenger if there is a difference on the exchange rate or a system error. Additionally, if the system is unable to calculate the airfare automatically, we will not be able to complete the online purchase application.  |

Payment  must be made by credit card. The credit card holder must be part of the traveling party.

If you choose Visa or MasterCard for payment, you may be required to enter your personal password on a secure page for authentication to complete the online purchase; if Visa Secure ,Mastercard ID Check™security feature is enabled by your credit card issuer.

The process from ticket application to the delivery  |

When  your purchase process is completed, we will issue a confirmation notice and send it  to your registered e-mail address provided  at the time of online purchase. 
  Upon  issuance, JAL will e-mail  your e-ticket  Itinerary/Receipt to your registered  e-mail address. 
When an e-ticket is not available, JAL will mail a paper ticket to your registered address in Singapore, without charge. 
If your ticket or an e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt is not delivered to you within 3days , please contact Japan Airlines Reservations Center at 800-852-3688  (8:00-18:00). |

An e-ticket is a ticket held in JAL's computer system and flight coupons are not printed.  
An e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt will be issued in place of a paper ticket.

Check-In |

Please  present your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt and the  credit card that was used for payment to the check-in agent upon check-in for verification. 
 
If the payment is not authenticated by Visa Secure or Mastercard ID Check™, the cardholder may be required to present the physical credit card used for payment at check-in counter for verification, disregarding whether the cardholder is the traveling party or not. 
 
If the credit card used for the payment cannot be presented for verification, the passengers on the booking will not be allowed to check-in and is required to purchase a new ticket with fare applicable on departure date for boarding.
The fares (or an equivalent amount) of the ticket(s), will be refunded and credited to the same credit card used in the original purchase. |
