Due to the effect of COVID-19, some services at the Asia & Oceania Contact Center will be affected.
The telephone menu option 3 for JAL Mileage Bank Services will be unavailable from 15:30 Hong Kong time on February 17, 2022 until further notice. Other menu options are available as usual.
It is expected that call traffic will be heavy. If the reason for your call is not urgent, please consider contacting us again from February 21, 2022.
