Notice to customers who purchased or refunded tickets by debit or credit card on January 29 or 30, 2023
It has been identified that some customers who purchased or refunded tickets with debit or credit cards on 29 or 30 January at JAL's website, contact centers, airports, etc., may have received multiple debits and refunds.
The cause was identified on February 8, and the correction has completed by March 7.
Following this correction, the credit card or debit card companies will adjust the amount of the customer's settlement.
Please note that the timing of your card settlement may differ by approximately two months depending on the settlement due date and data processing timing on the side of the card issuer you have used.
