How to Redeem
- Head to the Customer Service Counter at level 2 in Great World.
- Show your physical JAL Mileage Bank card and original printed receipts of combined spends above $80(SGD).
- If you are an existing Great Rewards member, customer service officer will credit 2,000 points within your Great Rewards App account.
- If you are not an existing Great Rewards member, customer service officer will assist you in registration with your Singapore-registered mobile phone number. New sign-ups are entitled to additional 1,000 points on top of the 2,000 points from this promotion, credited into your Great Rewards App account.
- Enjoy deals with points in exchange for cash vouchers or carpark dollars.

Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period is from December 26, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
- Valid physical JAL Mileage Bank card(s) must be presented for verification at point of redemption.
- Limited to ONE (1) redemption per shopper per day. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Customers are required to present their Great Rewards member 2D barcode in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number in person for registration and verification purposes to take part in redemptions.
- All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase in Great World at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter from 10.00am – 10.00pm. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.
- Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart, kiosk and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted for Japan New Year – Yoi Otoshi O! campaign.
- All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or equivalent or extendable in validity. GWC COMMERCIAL PTE. LTD reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.
