Important Notice - How to use this online service
Online Process of Reservation and Ticket Purchase
The reservation and Ticket purchase must be made at the same time through this online service. Your reservation cannot be completed without ticket purchase. Ticket purchase for the reservation created by other services cannot be accepted.
Eligible Customer
This service is available for passenger who have an e-mail address and a valid credit card.
Online Purchase Period
This service is available up to 6 hours prior to departure, or until 23:59 of the day before departure, whichever is earlier.
*Please note your requested flight and date may not be available even if your reservation is requested within the online reservation and purchase period.
Number of Travelers
Reservation can be made for up to nine passengers (including the applicant) in one transaction. However this service is not available when children under 12 years old if not accompanied by an adult.
(A child is defined as between 2 and 11 years and an infant are from birth until the 2nd birthday at time of first flight departure.)
Type of Itinerary
We accept reservations only on JAL Group flights and on certain connecting flights operated by other airlines.
The flights shown through this service are automatically arranged and limited for available flights.
Wait lists are not accepted through this service.
If you would like to reserve a flight, which is not available through this online service, please contact JAL European Call Centre.
Fares
Fares, Taxes, and other charges are not guaranteed until ticketed. We will contact passenger if there is a difference on the exchange rate or a system error. Additionally if the system is unable to calculate the airfare automatically, we will not be able to complete the online purchase application.
This web site shows the best fare in each category at the time of log-in. In case of full flights, a higher fare may be shown. There may be a change of fares, taxes and fuel surcharges after the ticket has been purchased due to the flight load factor, amendment of fares and increase/decrease of fuel surcharges.
Once ticketed, Japan Airlines will not charge difference in case fare/tax/fuel surcharges go up unless the changes for itinerary are requested. The fare/taxes/fuel surcharges at the time of ticket issue are applied for ticketing. Japan Airlines shall not refund any difference in case fare/taxes/fuel surcharge go down. In case the fare’s rule permits refund with or without charges, such ticket can be refunded. It is possible to purchase new tickets with the fare/taxes and fuel surcharge applicable at the time of new purchase date. The original reservation will be cancelled at the time of refund.
Payment
Payment must be made by credit card.
The following credit cards can be accepted: AMEX, Diners, JCB, MasterCard, Visa.

All charges will be in Euros at the rate of exchange on the date of transaction.

If you choose Visa or MasterCard for payment, you may be required to enter your personal password on a secure page for authentication to complete the online purchase; if Visa Secure ,Mastercard ID Check™security feature is enabled by your credit card issuer.

How to get your e-ticket.
When you have completed your online ticket purchase, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. Please keep this confirmation email as it explains how to obtain and print your e-ticket.
Refund
When you complete the application, we will start the issuing process of your ticket.
After submitting the application, cancellations of tickets may be subject to refund charge.
Changes
Changes or cancellations are not available through this online service.

All schedules and aircraft types are subject to change without prior notice, such schedules are all subject to government approval.
Special Requests
For special requests in the following cases, please contact JAL European Call Centre.
- Unaccompanied minors from 5 years to 11 years of age
*Minors under 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Passengers traveling with 2 or more children under 2 years old
- Expectant mother within 4 weeks of confinement
- Passengers using wheelchairs
- Passengers with sight or hearing impediments
Boarding
Please present your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt to the check-in agent upon check-in.

If the payment is not authenticated by Visa Secure or Mastercard ID Check™, the cardholder may be required to present the physical credit card used for payment at check-in counter for verification, disregarding whether the cardholder is the traveling party or not.

If the credit card used for the payment cannot be presented for verification, the passengers on the booking will not be allowed to check-in and is required to purchase a new ticket with fare applicable on departure date for boarding. The fares (or an equivalent amount) of the ticket(s), will be refunded and credited to the same credit card used in the original purchase.
Proper travel document
Please present all necessary travel documentation upon check-in.

Passenger Reservation Records may be subject to access by the U.S., Canadian and Australian government authorities.
