Booking period

February 27, 2020 (Thu) 13:00 - September 23 (Wed) 23:59

  • Flights must be taken (boarded) between July 1, 2020 (Wed) and September 30 (Wed).
  • The return flight must be within 10 days of the outbound flight.
  • All dates and times are Japan Standard Time (JST).

How to book

Apply from the "Win a Trip with JAL" application page on the JAL site.

Application process

STEP1

Enter your details

Use your PC or smartphone to go to the "Win a Trip with JAL" page and enter your departure point, date, time slot and number of people. You'll see four possible domestic destinations.

  • Departure locations are Tokyo (Haneda), Osaka (Itami) and Osaka (Itami or Kansai) only.

STEP2

Apply

You'll need the following customer information to apply.

  • Name, age and JMB membership number for all traveling passengers
  • Email address of member making the application
  • Passport information
  • Make sure the passenger information entered matches the membership information in JAL Mileage Bank.

STEP3

Discover your destination

You'll receive an email telling you where you're going within 3 days of applying.

 

* Due to the great number of applications, it may take longer than 3 days after the subscription.

Important

  • There is a limit on the number of applications per day.
  • There is a limit on the number of new searches per day.
  • Dates, passengers, departure/arrival points and number of sectors, etc. cannot be changed after completing the application.
  • If your application is canceled after it has been submitted, you cannot reapply, except in the following cases:
  • Information entered does not match information registered in JAL Mileage Bank

Example 1: Order of passenger name (including middle name) does not match the order registered in JAL Mileage Bank

Example 2: Passenger information cannot be confirmed, e.g. because the JMB membership number was entered incorrectly

  • Stand-by reservations are not available.
  • There are a limited number of seats.
  • If any of the following applies, Please see below for Information for customers who request special assistance.
  • Passengers who require JAL Smile Support* or JAL Priority Guest Support
  • Kids Travel Support is not available with this service.
  • The accuracy and completeness of articles providing area information or introducing possible destinations are not guaranteed.
  • Selected departure and arrival times are in Japan Standard Time.

Boarding

Please see below for how to board with JAL Group domestic award tickets.

Customers using the Touch & Go service

What you need to bring for boarding (please have one of the following)

  • JMB card or JALCARD with IC function
  • Passenger eTicket
  • 2D barcode

Passengers using an iPhone/Apple Watch set up to use Apple Pay can board using the 2D barcode registered in their Apple Wallet.

You cannot board with the 2D barcode shown on the reservation details screen.

  • Please make sure you select a seat beforehand.

Passengers using self-service check-in machines (KIOSK)

What you need to bring for boarding (please have one of the following)

  • JMB card or JALCARD
  • Passenger eTicket
  • 2D barcode
  • 8-digit confirmation number (shown in alphanumeric characters on the JAL site reservation details screen.)
