Tax of each country and airport facility charges in International tickets
Tax and airport facility charges paid when purchasing International tickets is established in laws of each country or regulations of airport facilities.
The airline issuing the ticket collects the tax at the time of issuing the ticket based on the passenger's itinerary or condition and pays on behalf of the passenger.

Partial calculation error of tax/airport facility charges
There is a possibility that the tax/airport facility charge is collected more than the applicable amount at the time of ticket purchase/change for tickets below.
Please contact Japan Airlines if you are applicable and have purchased an International ticket at Japan Airlines, as we will recalculate and refund any overly collected tax amount after confirmation.
For passengers currently travelling, refund request is also available after finishing the whole journey if it is within the period eligible for ticket refund.
