Dear customers who have completed boarding pass issuance procedures through Online Check-in for international flights

Thank you for flying with Japan Airlines.

 

For taking international flights, even if a Home Print Boarding Pass or Mobile Boarding Pass was issued after Online Check-in, paper boarding passes could still be issued at the self-service check-in kiosks at the airport if you require.

 

However, due to a system failure, customers who have completed boarding pass issuance procedures through Online Check-in are currently unable to reissue paper boarding passes or change seats at the self-service check-in kiosks.
If you wish to change your seats or need to get a boarding pass, please come to the Japan Airlines’ manned check-in counter. 

 

Customers who have already checked in online but have not been issued either boarding pass can continue to issue boarding passes and change seats through the self-service check-in kiosks.
