Due to the situation in Russia and Ukraine, we are unable to operate flights over Russian airspace, and some flights have been cancelled or rerouted.
Because of this, you may experience longer than usual wait times when calling JAL Contact Centers.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your kind understanding on this matter.
For customers with reservations on the subject routes
Customers who have received an email regarding changes to your flight reservations
Please go to the reservation confirmation page on the JAL website and confirm the details of the change. (You can cancel, refund, etc.)
Customers who have difficulty connecting to onward flights due to flight cancellations or schedule changes
We will contact you about alternative flights and procedures for changing your ticket. We will contact customers in flight departure date order, so we appreciate your patience.
Customers who purchased tickets through travel agencies
Please contact the travel agency where you purchased your ticket.

We will keep you informed of our operation status on this page. It may take some time for the applicable flights to be reflected.
Flights that are under adjustment will be advised when the decision has been made.
