Due to the situation of COVID-19, each country updates its restriction of entry to its country or quarantine measures from day to day and there has been a decrease in travel demand. 

In response, the following changes on certain flights are implemented.

Ticket Change/Refund

If you have purchased your tickets through JAL (website, ticketing office), please follow the details asbelow.

  • If your ticket was issued at travel agencies, please contact the travel agency where you issued your ticket.

You are able to confirm the new suggested flight number and flight schedule from the "Booking details" on the JAL website, and choose whether you agree or wish for another alternative flight. (Exclude departure from India regarding the refund)
