Mandatory passport information registration when booking flight operated by other carriers

Thank you for flying with Japan Airlines.

In accordance with guideline from Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), from July 6, 2021, if your itinerary includes airlines listed below,  registering your passport information or personal identification at the same time of reservation will be mandatory requirement.

Please kindly have your passport information or personal identification ready when making a new reaervation.

If you complete your reservation without registration, the airline's reservation system will automatically cancel your flight.

If there are no vacancies on the canceled flight, we may not be able to rearrange the booking.
