All passengers entering Hong Kong must need a PCR negative certificate that meets the following requirements.
In addition, from August 9 2021, the quarantine measures for entry into Hong Kong under the vaccine bubble have been relaxed, allowing non-Hong Kong residents of Group B (including Japan) and Group C to enter Hong Kong as long as they are fully vaccinated.

Medical institutions accredited by ISO15189 can be searched from the following website.
Please check directly from the listed medical institutions that can issue a negative certificate that meets the above requirements. The ISO certification PDF (English) is posted, so please print it out and bring it with the negative certificate.
In addition, medical institutions registered with TeCOT (Testing Center for Overseas Travelers) operated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) are now recognized as "laboratories or medical institutions accredited by government organizations.
Please refer to the TeCOT website below for precautions and other information, and search for a medical institution that can perform PCR testing.
When entering Hong Kong, please print out and carry with you all the pages of the following "Registry of COVID-19 Testing and Certification (English) PDF file" along with the PCR test certificate in English.
A reservation confirmation at one of the designated hotels as 21nights starting on the day of arrival in Hong Kong (or 14 nights if fully vaccinated) must be needed to enter. This confirmation be either printed or shown in a digital format written in English or Chinese must be presented.
