Trial deployment of mobile ordering system at JAL First Class Lounge at Haneda and Narita International Airport

JAL starts a mobile ordering system trial to provide customers with a safe and secure travel experience.

During the trial period, please order food from the comfort of your seat using your own device.

Location

JAL First Class Lounge at Haneda International Airport Main Building 4th Floor.

JAL First Class Lounge at Narita International Airport Main Building 4th Floor.

Period

March 1 - June 30, 2021

How to use

Scan the 2D barcode on the table and visit the website. Make the food selection and place the order. When the food is ready, lounge staff will deliver directly to the table.

  • Beverages are available from the dispenser.
  • In case that customer doesn't have a mobile device or needs assistance, please contact lounge staff.

  • This service is available inside the lounge only.
  • In some areas without 2D barcode, this service is not available.
  • This service may not available in certain situations.
  • The service of Sakura Lounge will be informed later based on the result of this trial.
  • This service requires location service.
  • For iOS devices, please turn location service on by following steps.
    Settings > Privacy > Location Services > While Using the App
  • We plan to launch other functions such as shower booking in the future.
