In response to stricter countermeasures announced by certain prefectures, special handling for JAL domestic tickets due to COVID-19 is as below.

Applicable flight

  • Departure and arrival at Osaka (Itami, Kansai, Kobe), Tajima and Sendai
    Flights departing April 5 to May 5, 2021 inclusive

*Subject to change and refund after 07:00 pm, April 5, 2021

  • Departure and arrival at Tokyo (Haneda, Narita)
    Flights departing April 12 to May 11, 2021 inclusive

*Subject to change and refund after 0:00 am, April 10, 2021

  • Departure and arrival at Okinawa (Naha)
    Flights departing April 12 to May 5, 2021 inclusive

*Subject to change and refund after 0:00 am, April 10, 2021

*Handling for tickets with different departure dates or flights different from above.

Handling fees for the change or refund

Without fees

If you have a reservation for an itinerary that includes the applicable flights, you can change or refund free of charge.

Change

We will accept changes your flight date up to 30 days from the original departure date or ticket validity.
*Longer date will be applied.

Change can be made via JAL website. Please make all booking changes 20 minutes prior to the departure of your scheduled flight.

*Reservation change is not permitted via website for Transit Fare 28/7 and JMB Companion Fare.

Refund
