Special handling for JAL domestic flight tickets due to the state of emergency (Last update: March 22, 2021)

In response to a state of emergency in multiple prefectures in Japan, the following additional special handling will be applied on JAL domestic flight tickets.

  • If you have purchased your ticket through travel agents, please contact your travel agent.

●Flights departing January 8 to February 7, 2021 inclusive

*Subject to change and refund on/after January 8, 2021

 

●Flights departing February 8 to March 7, 2021 inclusive

*Subject to change and refund on/after February 3, 2021

●Flights departing March 8 to March 21, 2021 inclusive

*Subject to change and refund on/after March 6, 2021

Applicable flight All domestic flights Departure and arrival at Tokyo (Haneda, Narita)
Reservation change is permitted

Original departure date + 30 days,or ticket validity day whichever comes later.

・Handling for tickets with different departure dates or flights different from above.

Change

Change can be made via JAL website. Please make all booking changes 20 minutes prior to the departure of your scheduled flight.

*Reservation change is not premitted via website for Transit Fare 28/7 and JMB Companion Fare.
