Special handling for JAL domestic flight tickets due to the state of emergency (Last update: January 14, 2021)

In response to a state of emergency in multiple prefectures in Japan, the following additional special handling will be applied on JAL domestic flight tickets.

  • If you have purchased your ticket through travel agents, please contact your travel agent.
Departure date

Flights departing January 8 to February 7, 2021 inclusive

*Subject to change and refund on/after January 8, 2021

Ticket validity, or original departure date + 30 days whichever comes later

Handling fees for the change or refund

Without fees

・Handling for tickets with different departure dates or flights different from above.

Change

Change can be made via JAL website. Please make all booking changes 20 minutes prior to the departure of your scheduled flight.

*Reservation change is not premitted via website for Transit Fare 28/7 and JMB Companion Fare.

Refund

You can also operate from the website by clicking the "Apply refund on JAL website" button below.

We’ve provided refund form for the tickets eligible for special handling.Please use the following form for your request.

This form is for reservations that has not been refunded.

We will not respond to reservations that has already been refunded or reservations that you refunded yourself after applying.
