Requests on Wearing Masks and Traveling with Minimal Carry-on Baggage

Wearing of Masks

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases and to give travelers peace of mind, please wear a mask or other face covering* while at airports and on board our aircraft. Infants and others who have a valid reason not to or are unable to wear them for medical reasons are exempt.

Passengers who are not wearing masks or facial coverings, as well as passengers showing symptoms of illness, such as fever and cough, may be denied boarding.

  • If wearing a mask is difficult, face coverings such as a handkerchief, bandana, scarf, face shield or mouth shield are also acceptable. If you do not have any of these items, please consult with our airport staff.

Carry-on Baggage

To avoid congestion at the airport and in the cabin, we ask for your cooperation in minimizing your baggage.

When you check in at the airport, please use the Self Baggage Drop (SBD) machine in order to reduce contact with staff.

In addition, to avoid congestion in the cabin aisle when you stow or remove your baggage, please keep your carry-on baggage within the specified limits, and stow your baggage by yourself. Up to one item of personal belongings and one piece of baggage within the prescribed limits are permitted.
