Temporary suspension of 'Awards Plus' applications and delivery information for awards already applied for

Thank you for flying with Japan Airlines and your continued support.

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, JAL Mileage Bank Centre (JMB) in London has temporarily suspended its operation. Therefore, some awards which are only provided to members whose addresses are registered in Europe/Middle East/Africa region are unable to be delivered to you. As a result of this, JMB has decided to suspend all 'Awards Plus' applications temporarily after 2 April.

Also, JMB members who applied for the 'Eurostar e-voucher Award' on/after 1 March, and those who applied for the 'Amazon Gift Card Award' and 'Awards Plus' on/after 23 March, your miles have been deducted but your awards will be sent to you as soon as we reopen our centre. We will keep you informed and will update you with further information on our website once we resume our usual service.
