Special handling for JAL domestic tickets following the situation of COVID-19 (Last Updated July 7, 2020)

JAL ended special handling for domestic tickets by June 30, 2020 departing flights in response to  COVID-19 state of emergency lifted by government of Japan.

For further domestic tickets handling, please refer to below.

Departure date From February 28, 2020 (Friday) to June 30, 2020 (Tuesday) After July 1, 2020 (Wednesday) 
Applicable flight All domestic flights In case of  flight suspension, reduction of flight frequency.

Change can be made via JAL website. Please make all booking changes 20 minutes prior to the departure of your scheduled flight.

*Reservation change is not premitted via website for Transit Fare 28/7 and JMB Companion Fare.
