In response to basic policy announced by Novel Coronavirus Response Headquarters of government of Japan, please follow special handling on JAL domestic tickets.

Applicable tickets

All Japan domestic tickets

  • Including JAL award tickets and JAL tour tickets
  • Excluding Japan domestic tickets purchased outside of Japan

Departure date

From February 28, 2020 (Friday) to May 6, 2020 (Wednesday)

 
  • Departing between February 28, 2020 (Friday) and March 19, 2020 (Thursday). * For reservation change or refund after February 28, 2020
  • Departing between March 20, 2020 (Friday) and April 5, 2020 (Sunday). * For reservation change or refund after March 6, 2020
  • Departing between April 6, 2020 (Monday) and April 30, 2020 (Thursday). * For reservation change or refund after March 18, 2020
  • Departing between May 1, 2020 (Friday) and May 6, 2020 (Wednesday). * For reservation change or refund after April 7, 2020
  • Special handling for JAL domestic tickets departing on or after May 7(Thursday) has not been decided.

Tickets handling

We accept reservation change or refund without any fee.
