Please see below for the special handling for JAL domestic flight tickets due to COVID-19. 

Applicable flight

In case of  flight suspension, reduction of flight frequency.

Flights departing after July 1, 2020

Handling fees for the change or refund

Without fees

If you have a reservation for an itinerary that includes the applicable flights, you can change or refund free of charge.

  • If you have purchased your ticket through travel agents, please contact your travel agent.
  • About extension of validity for JAL group Shareholders Discount Coupon published in 2019 and May 2020.

Change

We will accept changes your flight date up to 30 days from the original departure date or ticket validity.

*Longer date will be applied.

Change can be made via JAL website. Please make all booking changes 20 minutes prior to the departure of your scheduled flight.

*Reservation change is not premitted via website for Transit Fare 28/7 and JMB Companion Fare.

Refund
