Eligible Customers

Customers who purchase a ticket to fly from Europe to Japan using JAL Business on WEB and take their first flight within the specified promotion period.

Applicable Routes and Flights

JAL international routes. London (JL044/JL043) (JL042/JL041) (JL8042) (JL8044), Paris (JL046/JL045), Frankfurt (JL408/JL407), Helsinki (JL048/JL047) and Moscow (JL040/JL049).

  • *Moscow route is available from April 22, 2021.
  • *This promotion is not valid for JAL codeshare flights operated by other airlines.

3,000 bonus JAL Mileage Bank miles will be credited to JAL Business on WEB customers in the Europe region who purchase a ticket from Europe to Japan using JAL Business on WEB and take their first JAL international flight during the specified promotion period. The flight must be on an eligible route and be booked in an eligible booking class.

Please Note

  • *Bonus miles will be credited within 2 months of the flight departure date.
  • *Bonus miles will be credited once only, and only after the first eligible flight taken during the promotion period.
  • *Enrollment in JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) is required for this promotion. Please enroll in in the JMB program before booking if you are not already a member.
  • *Ensure your JMB membership number is entered into your reservation. You will not be eligible for this promotion if your membership number is not entered.

For customers who have already registered, please access the JAL Business on WEB page and make a reservation using the "Find Flights and Book" button.
If you make a reservation using a method other than JAL Business on WEB, any available discount will not apply.
* Discounts may not be available on certain flights, fares or flight dates.

Company ID and Customer Number

The Company ID and Customer Number are exclusive to your registered company. Only staff of the registered company are eligible to make use of this service.
