Online Purchase Period |
|
This service is available up to 6 hours prior to departure, or until 23:59 of the day before departure, whichever is earlier.
*Please note your requested flight and date may not be available even if your reservation is requested within the online reservation and purchase period. |

Number of Travelers |
|
Reservation can be made for up to nine passengers in one transaction. However this service is not available when an adult travels with 2 or more infants, or for children under 12 years of age,if unaccompanied by an adult.
(A child is defined as between 2 and 11 years of age, an infant from birth up till 2 years of age at time of first flight departure.) |

Type of Itinerary |
|
The flights shown through this online service are automatically arranged and limited to available flights. Waitlists are not accepted through this service.
If you would like to reserve a flight, which is not available through this online service, please contact Japan Airlines Reservation in New Delhi.

Fares |
|
Fares, Taxes, and other charges are not guaranteed until ticketed. We will contact the passenger if there is a difference on the exchange rate or a system error. Additionally, if the system is unable to calculate the airfare automatically, we will not be able to complete the online purchase application. |

Payment |
|
Payment must be made by credit card. The credit card holder must be part of the traveling party.
The following credit cards can be accepted: AMEX, MasterCard, Visa.
  
If you choose Visa or MasterCard for payment, you may be required to enter your personal password on a secure page for authentication to complete the online purchase; if Visa Secure ,Mastercard ID Check™or American Express SafeKey® security feature is enabled by your credit card issuer.

The process from ticket application to the delivery |
|
When your purchase process is completed, we will issue a confirmation notice and send it to your registered e-mail address provided at the time of online purchase.
Upon issuance of e-ticket, your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt will be sent to your e-mail address that you have registered during process of online purchasing.
If your ticket or an e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt is not delivered to you within 3days, please contact Japan Airlines Reservation in New Delhi.

E-ticket |
|
An e-ticket is a ticket held in JAL's computer system and flight coupons are not printed.
An e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt will be issued in place of a paper ticket.
Please ensure that you keep your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt with you throughout your journey. |

Ticket |
|
All tickets are non-transferable. Name change will not be permitted on the ticket after purchase has been completed. |

Refund |

Once ticketed, any cancellations of tickets may be subject to refund charges. |

Reconfirmation, changes or cancellations are not available through this online service.

Special Travel Needs |

For passengers requiring special assistance in the following cases, please contact Japan Airlines Reservation in New Delhi.

Unaccompanied children between 5 and 11 years of age.
* Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. |

An adult traveling with 2 or more children under 2 years old. |
|
- |
Expectant mother beyond the 36th week of their pregnancy. |

- |
Passengers who require the use of wheelchairs. |
|
- |
Passengers with sight or hearing impediments. |

Check-In |
|
Please present your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt and the credit card that was used for payment to the check-in agent upon check-in for verification.
If the payment is not authenticated by Visa Secure or Mastercard ID Check™, the cardholder may be required to present the physical credit card used for payment at check-in counter for verification, disregarding whether the cardholder is the traveling party or not.
If the credit card used for the payment cannot be presented for verification, the passengers on the booking will not be allowed to check-in and is required to purchase a new ticket with fare applicable on departure date for boarding.
The fares (or an equivalent amount) of the ticket(s), will be refunded and credited to the same credit card used in the original purchase. |
