Check the number of miles in your account.
Miles will be deducted based on the information provided in your request.

• *The JMB Center will contact you by phone if the required miles cannot be deducted from your account.

Hang Lung Hakuyosha Cleaning Coupon can be requested only through the JAL website. Requests over the phone are not available.
Once miles are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.

STEP2Use your award

Vouchers will be sent to JMB member's registered address by courier around 2 weeks after accepting application.
Each coupon can be used for one item of dry cleaning service and no change will be given.
The coupon must be presented before issuing of cash memo.

• *The coupon is not resale and is not redeemable for cash.
• *The coupon is valid for all shops and free pick-up delivery service.
• *The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers.
• *In case of dispute, the decision of Hang Lung Hakuyosha shall be final.
• *The coupon cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
