  • About some emails
    There may be cases where emails are delivered without some images or logos.
    Emails that could not be delivered during the service suspension will be delivered with a delay after the service is resumed.

  • Notices of Flight status (23 hours/3 hours before departure, Delayed/Cancelled), Boarding announcements (gate change, time change, Check-in)
    Notices that could not be delivered during the service suspension may be delivered with a delay after the service is resumed.
    Even if the information is delivered during the maintenance period, it may not be up-to-date.

Email, SMS

  • Email and SMS (short message) notifications of time changes, flight cancellations, seat change etc.
  • Email, SMS (short message) notifications of gate change, time change, Check-in and other announcements
  • e-ticket receipt email and EMD receipt email.
    Emails that could not be delivered during the service suspension may be delivered with a delay after the service is resumed.

"JAL Information" LINE Account

  • LINE notification messages regarding "JAL Flight information" and "Boarding procedures"
  • Rich menu functions ("Flight Information and Boarding Procedures" and "Airport Information")
    If you make a new reservation or delete a reservation while the service is suspended, it is permitted that there may be a problem with the notifications.
    Also, it is permitted that the rich menu may not work properly.
