Deadlines for changing reservations and cancellations (refunds) through the JAL website can be made up to 20 minutes prior to the original departure time of the first sector.

However, the following reservation changes and cancellations (refunds) cannot be made through the JAL website.
Please call the JMB Domestic Award Reservation Desk/JMB Center.

【The following reservation changes cannot be made】

• 1. Changes of reservations for the customers requiring special handling.
• 2. Changes of flights after receipt of award tickets.
• 3. Changes of reservations for more than 2 customers to different flights.
• 4. Changes to Class J award tickets from Economy Class award tickets by adding 2,000 miles per sector.
• 5. Changes of the flight date of the first sector to a later date than the flight date of the second sector when reservations are for flights on the same sectors and in the same directions. (or changes of the flight date of the second sector to an earlier date than the flight date of the first sector)
• 6. Changes of reservation for the flights of the first and second sectors at the same time when reservations are for flights on the same sectors and in the same directions.
• 7. Changes of reservations for flights between Fukuoka and Kitakyushu.

• ※Changes of reservations after departure of the first sector can be made up to 20 minutes prior to departure time of the second sector except for the following case.
• ･In the case that award tickets for the second sector have been received.

【The following cancellations (refunds) cannot be made】

• 1. Cancellation of reservations after receipt of award tickets.
• 2. Partial cancellation of reservations for more than two customers.
• 3. Cancellation of award tickets for which JAL AIR PLUS has been reserved.
• 4. Cancellation of reservations for JMB DIAMOND award tickets.
