As oxygen bottle is categorized as dangerous good when carrying them on an aircraft. From this reason, onboard oxygen must be either supplied by JAL, or prior permission must be obtained by JAL.

Documents Required | The customer is required to submit the necessary documents as soon as the travel plan is decided.

Arrangements of the oxygen bottle will started after receiving the customers information regarding the oxygen flow rate.
Items and Equipment Available in cabin
A trained attendant who can handle such oxygen bottles is required.
For safety reasons, a customer is required to travel with an escort or attendant who can help and assist when boarding, during take-off/ landing, and in an emergency.
The escort above cannot be accompanied by an infant under 3 years old. In this case, please arrange another escort to take care of the infant. Furthermore, a Priority Guest who using medical oxygen bottle accompanied by an infant and/or a child must also arrange another escort to take care of the children.
The customer or the escort must need to fully understand the operating instruction of the rental oxygen bottle in advance.
We will send the operating instruction of the oxygen bottle by fax to the customer before departure.
It is a 300l medical oxygen bottle.
The flow rate can be adjusted between 0.5-6 liters per minutes.
Oxygen Conserving device is provided in the rental package.
Please advise us if you have any seating preference, such as seat with movable armrests or a seat near lavatory.

Please come to the airport with sufficient time before check-in closing time. It’s necessary to file [confirmation form regarding rental medical oxygen bottle] when check-in at the counter.

Priority Guests benefit from pre-boarding. Please request to our staff near the gate if you want to do.
By law, the flight attendant is not allowed to operate the oxygen bottles in the cabin, as it is considered as a medical practice.
The first 2 bottles will be stowed underneath the seat in front of the customer. The third bottle will be stowed by the cabin attendant till it is needed.
Upon you request, we can escort you to the arrival lobby and assit you to meet up with your pick up.
We will help you with your CIQ(international flight) procedure and assist you at the baggage area.

It may take some time until airport staff come and assit you when you request this service.
Personal Oxygen Bottles
Customers are permitted to bring and use their own oxygen bottles onboard if it is within the below conditions.
