RED à table

The "à table" in "RED à table" is a French word that means the beginning of a homey, warm, and fun time, as in," The food is ready, Come on, everyone,gather around the table.” a food producer Fumiko Kono, and six RED U-35 finalists gathered around a table to create a menu with various perspectives, such as reducing foodloss and passing on food culture, in addition to deliciousness.The chefs also talked about their commitment to the menu and the secrets behind the development of the menu. In addition, an original video featuring the chefs' menus will be shown on board.

As "in-flight meals for the future," we will prepare menus based on three themes: "LOVE FOR THE PLANET," which focuses on reducing environmental impact and food culture; "LOVE FOR THE SOCIETY," which focuses on connecting with society through traditional cooking methods and ingredients; and "LOVE FOR OURSELVES," which focuses on nutritious ingredients and new challenges for chefs.

TANITA CAFE's "Chewing" TERIYAKI Chicken Hamburg Bowl

This menu is a collaboration menu with TANITA CAFE that is based on the concept of "pleasing the body" incorporating elements related to "chewing" and "immunity".
The leaflet includes a column focusing on immunity, as well as TANITA Gymnastics original stretches that can be easily done at your destination.
In addition, we will broadcast in-flight stretches arranged from "TANITA gymnastics" which Tanita employees performs every day.

Menu supervised by Shinobu Namae, grand chef of French restaurant "L'Effervescence".

Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa.
After graduating the department of political science at university, Chef Namae became a sous chef at Michel Bras Toya Japan in Hokkaido and The Fat Duck in the U.K. In 2010 he opened L'Effervescence in Tokyo, recently awarded three stars and the new green star award in the 2021 MICHELIN Guide Tokyo.
