Recently, unauthorized login attempts have increased in number, where malicious third parties spoof members on multiple online services by the use of IDs and passwords obtained by fraudulent means. The reuse of passwords on multiple websites may lead to unauthorized access by “spoofing”, or to incidents such as the fraud use of loyalty points.
In order to safely use JMB services offered to loyalty members, we ask our members to use different passwords for multiple websites and regularly update their JMB PIN and Web Password.
You can immediately change your JMB PIN and Web Password on the JAL website. Please refer to the JAL website if you forgot your JMB PIN.
Additionally, we also ask JALCARD members to regularly change their “MyJALCARD authentication code” used for the online service dedicated to JALCARD members.
