To customers who have received notification email regarding schedule change
In case of schedule change (time change or cancellation of your reserved flights), you will receive an email regarding your reserved flight information, but some customers may not be able to confirm the detail of new schedule information through the website.
If you have chosen "Decline" to your alternative flights, your detailed reservation information will not be displayed temporarily. Our call center will contact customers in order of flight departure date, but currently we may not be able to contact customers due to the system trouble.
If you wish to confirm your reservation urgently, please contact JAL international reservation center.
