Special ticket handling due to "The Heavy Rain Event of July 2018" (Domestic)

JAL Group extends its deepest condolences to those who have lost loved ones as a result of the localized torrential rain in July 2018, and we extend our sincerest sympathies to all who have been impacted by this disaster.

Due to the event, if customer with a ticket departing from the below listed airport during the applicalbe period wishes to refund or change, we will accept it regardless of the actual flight operation.

Applicable airports: All flights departing or arriving Hiroshima, Okayama, Matsuyama, and Kochi
Applicable period: July 6th (Friday) - August 5th (Sunday)
