Requests to customers booking JAL Group flights - Domestic Flights
To enable other customers to use our seats effectively, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation on the followings when making reservations.
JAL Group reserves the right to cancel a customer's reservation, wholly or in part, in the following situations.
Customers who have several bookings which cannot be actually used in terms of the itinerary (hereinafter referred to as "duplicate reservations") will be contacted and requested to clear their reservations.
Fictional or fabricated passenger name
Please book under the name of the person who will actually board the flight. Reservation under a fictional or fabricated name will not be accepted.
No reservation change or cancellation in advance
If you wish to change or cancel your flight, please do so by the departure time of the flight.
If you do not board your reserved flight without making change or cancellation in advance, we reserve the right to cancel any onward reservations in your itinerary.
Things to pay attention to when making reservation
Passenger name cannot be changed after the reservation is made. It is also forbidden to transfer tickets. Furthermore, if ticket cancellation is required due to name change, revelant cancellation or refund fees will be collected.
Please provide phone numbers where you can be contacted during the day.
Ticket purchase deadline
Please purchase a ticket by the deadline specified during flight reservation. If you already have a ticket for the reservation such as an open ticket, you are also required to register the ticket by the provided ticket purchase deadline.
Please wailist the flights that you need only.
