Web Password authentication on the JAL website

Starting from September 29, 2015, JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members are required to enter a Web Password to validate their identity when using certain services on the JAL website. This new layer of security is being introduced to deliver a safer online experience and will be added to online services that currently require date of birth information for authentication, such as when accessing or changing registered membership information, or redeeming certain JMB awards.
