Handling of Airline Tickets, Extra Flights, and Donations in Response to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the Kumamoto earthquake that occurred on July 28. Our thoughts are with all those affected, and we sincerely hope for everyone’s safety and a swift recovery of the region.
Below is the latest information regarding the handling of airline tickets and extra flights in response to the Kumamoto earthquake.
We are also accepting donations through “July 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Miles.”
