    Booking details/Purchase completed/Change completion screen Exit, boarding gate information.
    Flight information display of reserved flight information.
  • International Flights:
    Flight Delay/Cancellation/Diversion Information & Certificate display.

JAL app

  • Domestic and International Flights:
    Flight information display of reserved flight information
    Notifications in the JAL app about  flight delays, cancellations, boarding announcements etc.
    * For notifications that could not be sent during the service outage, they will not be delivered.
