Important Notice Regarding Booking Online at www.th.jal.co.jp
- Reservations which are not completed at the end of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
- A valid e-mail address and valid credit card are required. Applicable cards: AMEX, Diners, JCB, MasterCard, Visa
- If you choose Visa or MasterCard for payment, you may be required to enter your personal password on a secure page for authentication to complete the online purchase; if Verified by Visa ,MasterCard® SecureCode™security feature is enabled by your credit card issuer.

- Payment services using UATP card is not available on JAL website.
If you prefer to use UATP card, please contact 
JAL Reservation Center.
- Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through JAL webesite.
- All transactions will be made in Thai baht (THB).
- Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
- We accept reservations only on JAL Group flights, code share flights and on certain itineraries connecting flights operated by other airlines.
- This service is available up to 6 hours prior to departure, or until 23:59 of the day before departure, whichever is earlier.
*Please note your requested flight and date may not be available even if your reservation is requested within the online reservation and purchase period.
- Electronic web receipts are available when requested at the time of online ticket purchase on the JAL Thailand website only.
Tickets issued online can only obtain receipts in JAL's official format. Official receipts in the Thai government format are not available.
