Issuing receipt in China

There are two ways to receive receipts.
Receipts for JAL ticket can either be printed by yourself online or can be recieved by mail.

Notes for receiving receipt by mail:

  1. Please allow extra time for receipts to arrive by postal delivery.
  2. Only one receipt will be issued for each reservation.
    *As of December 27, 2023, We do not issue both A4 format (electronic) and A4 format (paper).
    Forms will not be changed after issuance as they will be issued in duplicate.
  3. Receipts will only be sent to addresses in Mainland China.
    • Tickets purchased through JAL Web site or Reservation Center
      Both mail-in and electronic receipts are available.
    • Tickets purchased at Fliggy flagship stores
      Receipts for flight tickets purchased after November 28, 2024 are not eligible. Only receipts for optional services can be received by mail.
