Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings must be made via the official JAL website.
  • The Promo Code is exclusive to participants of the Japan Festival in Box Hill.
  • The Promo Code is only available for the aforementioned Booking Period and Outbound Travel Period from Australia.
  • The Promo Code is only applicable for round-trip or open-jaw flights from Australia to Japan.
  • The Promo Code is not applicable for the following booking classes:
    Economy Class: O
  • For international and Australian domestic flights, only JL flight numbers are eligible. For Japan domestic flights, only JL and NU flight numbers are permitted.
  • All fares and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Fares shown are subject to seat availability.
  • Fuel surcharges and all other additional taxes in effect on the day of ticketing shall be collected in addition to the applicable discounted airfares.
  • Date change and refunds will be as per accordance to fare rules and conditions.
  • Japan Airlines will not be responsible for any fare differences related to the incorrect input of the Promo Code at the time of booking.
  • Voluntary date or flight changes on/after the 8 June 2026 will not attract the discount.
  • Travel date is up to one year from purchase date.
  • Connecting JAL domestic flights within Japan are also available.
