Who is Eligible to Receive the Coupons
- Purchased JAL flight tickets (including code-shared flights with JL flight number) originating from Australia, Singapore, or Vietnam with departure dates between 1 October 2024 and 31 December 2024.
- Applied for the coupons and answered a short survey through the campaign entry form.
- Entered a valid email address and agreed to sign up for the JAL newsletter through the campaign form.
How to Use the Inflight Shopping Coupon
Please take a screenshot of the coupon shown in the email and present it to the cabin crew before your payment on the flight.
Notes
- The coupon is valid only between 1 October 2024 and 31 December 2024.
- A discount of 1,000 yen will be applied to a purchase above 5,000 yen.
- No discount will be applied if the coupon is not presented.
- The coupon can be used only on international flights from/to Australia, Singapore and Vietnam operated by JAL. It cannot be used on JAL codeshare flights operated by other airlines.
- The coupon can be used once per flight.
- The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.
- JAL Coupon (JMB award) can be used for payment.
How to Use the Baggage Delivery Coupon
From your arrival airport to your destination in Japan
- Please present the coupon in the email at the JAL ABC counter at Narita International Airport, Haneda Airport, Kansai International Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport.
From your destination in Japan to your departure airport
- Please make a reservation in advance and provide the campaign code printed on the coupon.
