Talks are underway with the Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation (ETIC) about the optimal shape and form of the JAL Group after rehabilitation. At this stage however, the JAL Group has not finalized any concrete policies.

Nevertheless, regardless of the form that the policies will take, our flight operation and the following JAL Mileage Bank services will be maintained as before with the support of the Japanese Government. You will be able to make use of JAL Mileage Bank Program continuously.
You can redeem your accumulated mileage for JAL Group award tickets, partner airlines’ award tickets, upgrade awards and JAL coupons.
You can also purchase goods using JAL Coupons at designated places.
You can earn JAL miles by flying with the JAL Group and partner airlines, by staying at partner hotels, and by using JMB mile-partners.
You can continue making use of our various services such as those of JAL Family Club.
