Safety is of utmost importance to Japan Airlines and going forward, we will continue to ensure that every departing aircraft meets all safety standards before flight operations. Please be assured on your future travel with us.
Through May 31, 2013, flights from/to Boston = Narita and San Diego = Narita will be operated by a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft with decreased flight frequencies.
For flights on/after June 1, 2013, we plan to resume Boeing 787-8 daily operations.
