How to Request and Use Awards
STEP 1Request an award
Check the number of miles in your account.
Miles will be deducted based on the information provided in your request.
- *The JMB Center will contact you by e-mail if the required miles cannot be deducted from your account.
Online Shopping Awards can be requested only through the JAL website. Requests over the phone are not available.
Your selected items will be delivered to your JMB-registered address or to eligible family members residing in the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska) or within Canada.
- For residents of U.S. Territories such as Guam or Saipan:
- Items cannot be delivered to residents of U.S. Territories such as Guam or Saipan.
However, items can be delivered to your family residing in the U.S. mainland or Canada.

JALUX AMERICAS is entrusted with order processing and delivery. JAL will provide customer information to JALUX AMERICAS only for the purpose of providing this service. Information will not be used for any other purpose.
STEP 2Use your award
Items can be delivered within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. Order processing and delivery service are entrusted to JALUX AMERICAS Inc.
Changes to Online Shopping Awards
Once deducted, miles cannot be refunded to the original JMB account.
Once miles are redeemed for awards, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.
- *Online Shopping Awards are not eligible for the Mileage Reinstatement Service for Unused Awards.
