Job Description

- Monitor compliance of postal industry Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements.
- Monitor/analyze postal payments and claim processes.

Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of extensive Airlines Cargo & Mail experience required.
- Excellent Customer services and communication skills (Written/ Verbal).
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to work variable hours, flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work under demanding operational conditions. = Ability to organize and perform multiple assignments in a high stress environment.

Job Description
- Responsible for handling import/export cargo, USPS mails.
- Customer service for cargo related matters, claims, irregular handlings.

- Loadmaster duties
- Desk functions including report creation, manual update, accounting, cargo documents, e-mail and phone correspondences.
- ULD administration.
- Scale administration.

Job Description
This position will represent Japan Airlines (JAL) in its airport operation at O’Hare Int’l Airport by supervising and working with entrusted companies to ensure that we deliver the high quality services to our passengers, and meet all JAL and government regulations, policies and procedures to maintain the safety in our airport and flight operations.
Responsibilities include various passenger service/traffic related matters including but not limited to arrival/departure duties, check-in, passenger escort, VIP assistance, catering of in-flight meal, crew handling, jet bridge operation, station coordination, reports and any other duties related passenger handling.
