Period

Reservations and ticket issuance will be accepted from April 1, 2011 for boarding on and after June 1, 2011.

Eligible routes

JAL Group Airlines domestic routes, all routes ofJAC, and JTA, as well as certain routes of RAC.
  • * Eligible routes for RAC are Okinawa(Naha)-Kumejima/Miyako/Yonaguni, Ishigaki-Miyako/Yonaguni routes.
  • * Some flights only operate during certain seasons, and not all year round. Operating carrier may change or may be cancelled.
  • * Effective from September 1, 2011 (onboard basis), Award tickets to use HAC flights will be changed to "Hokkaido Air System (HAC) Award Tickets". Click here for details.
  • * Code-share flights operated by other airlines (such as Fuji Dream airline) will not be eligible for award tickets.
  • * The Japan domestic portion of international flights and the Japan domestic flight sector operated as international flights cannot be used for air travel.
  • * HAC flights will be applicable to HAC award from September 1,2011.

How to apply for one-way(1 sector)

  • Please click on the "Japan Domestic Award Ticket Reservation" of the website upon user login.
    (Some restrictions apply.)
    Reservation acceptance will start from April 1.

Notes

  • * Once Award ticket application for one-way (1 flight sector) only is completed, it cannot be changed to a round-trip (2 flight sector) ticket at a later transaction. If you wish to change it to a round-trip (2 flight sector) ticket afterwards, the one-way Award ticket must be refunded upon payment of refund charge, and the new round-trip (2 flight sector) Award ticket must be newly applied.
  • * 3,000 miles or JPY 3,000 will be required for mileage reinstatement fee.
  • * For flight dates on/before May 31, round-trip (2 flight sectors) mileage will be required for one-way (1 flight sector) travel.
    Please note that the difference in the required mileage shall not be returned even if the reservation flight date is changed to later than June 1.
  • * When award tickets for Hokkaido/Honshu/Shikoku/Kyushu = Okinawa(Naha, Ishigaki, Miyako, Kumejima) and JTA/RAC neighbor island routes are combined, one-way (1 flight sector) mileage will not apply for neither Hokkaido/Honshu/Shikoku/Kyushu = Okinawa(Naha, Ishigaki, Miyako, Kumejima) sector nor JTA/RAC neighbor island route sector.
  • * Please refer to the JMB Rules and Conditions for all other conditions concerning award application and usage.
