  This service cannot be requested after your flight ticket has been purchased.
• Customers whose reserved class is stated on their ticket as class F/A/J/C/D/X/W/Y/B can travel first class on Deutsche Bahn Rail Services.
• A DB reservation number will be issued upon the purchase of your ticket. Please make a note of this number, as you will need to exchange it for your Deutsche Bahn Rail Services tickets.
• Online ticket can be retrived from 72 hours prior to your journey.
• Please refer to the AccesRail check-in website and print out Online ticket.
• Changes to a booking may not be permitted after the issue of Online ticket.
• Your train tickets can be retrieved from the automated ticket machines situated in every station from 72 hours prior to your journey on Deutsche Bahn Rail Services. Please ensure that you exchange the reservation number for your tickets before boarding a train.
• Please refer to the following details regarding transfers to Deutsche Bahn Rail Services. (You may find it convenient to print out this guide and carry it with you. )

• * The time of departure and arrival printed on e-ticket is temporary.Your train tickets can be retrieved from automated ticket machines situated in every station from 72hours prior to your journey on Deutsche Barh Rail Sevices.
• * Checked baggage cannot be conveyed to your final station of destination. Please ensure that you have collected your baggage at the airport before boarding Deutsche Bahn Rail Services.
• * When traveling on flight JL407, the estimated minimum time between scheduled landing time and transfer to rail services is 75 minutes.
  When traveling on flight JL408, please use a rail service that arrives at Frankfurt Airport station at least 90 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• * Your ticket reservation and issued tickets are for boarding only, and are not a seat reservation. Please choose a vacant seat upon boarding the train. If you wish to reserve seats, please purchase a seat reservation at the Deutsche Bahn Rail Services ticket counter. Please note that when text is visible on the electronic display board above each seat, that seat is reserved.
• * ICE Sprinter express services may be used in conjunction with a seat reservation and upon payment of an additional fee (First class: 16 euros; second class: 11 euros). Please inquire at the Deutsche Bahn Rail Services ticket counter for details.
• * After collecting your Deutsche Bahn Rail Services rail tickets, the Deutsche Bahn Rail Services Conditions of Carriage apply.
