To those affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake

The JAL Group offers its heartfelt condolences to everyone affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.

To lend our fullest support to the early restoration of the Tohoku region that was hardest hit by this disaster, the JAL Group has been redirecting existing resources to operate extra flights to airports in the north eastern region of Japan and extending special handling of tickets for affected customers.

We sincerely wish for the soonest recovery from this adverse situation.
